Notes:
Today's foundation mixture was the perfect color match for me. Yay! Perfect ratios. The foundation had to withstand some super humid and hot temperatures and held up (oil control and all) at a 7 out of 10. The only downside was I could feel the makeup. It felt heavier and tackier than usual, perhaps due to the constant exposure to heat. Although I could feel the makeup on my face (mildly), it looked great in the mirror.

This was my first time trying the NYX Electro Liner. I bought 3 of them recently. They all swatched with similar textures, which was a bit hard and waxy in consistency. I imagine the waxiness will give great lasting power. Swatching them on my hand was easy enough, but trying to line my eyes with it was a different matter. I had to tug a bit to get the color to show up especially on the upper eyelid, which I did not appreciate. The good thing is the liner stays put after application. I might just use these for the lower lash line where the skin is less loose and easy to apply with this particular texture. I still have the other two to try out. I just wish the formula was similar to their Silde On, Glide On, which is superb.

First time using the Essence Make Me Brow Gel Mascara. I haven't formed my official opinion on it yet. Initial impression is that it applies evenly and seems to soften the overall look of my eyebrows after I've applied the brow powders.

The last couple of days, I busted out my Anastasia Beverly Hills Palettes (Self-Made & just got the Modern Renaissance in). It is my first time using her shadows, and I have to say my first impression is good. I have to use them more and use more of the shades to see if quality is consistent throughout, but so far so good. Shadows are packed really nicely, they don't kick up a lot of powder during use. :)
